Second only to fruit cup, key lime pie may be the world’s easiest dessert to make, and nobody knows it. Here’s the recipe:
1/2 cup of lime juice (if you can’t find key limes, about three and a half regular limes will do)
1 can condensed milk
5 egg yolks (save them from your egg white-only omelets. You do eat egg white-only omelets, don’t you?)
1 Graham cracker pie crust
Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl, pour the mixture into the pie crust, bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes and let cool. And everyone thinks you’re a genius. Enjoy it.
