Dear Chicago O’Hare Airport,
What happened to all the power outlets, and how oh how do you expect to satisfy (not just) business travelers without them?
Eight charging booths for an entire half terminal? Seriously?
I arrived at O’Hare last Friday afternoon, intending to plug in, check email and get some work done before my flight (on which there were neither electrical outlets nor wi-fi – get with the program, United! – but that’s for another blog entry). There was not a single outlet in the gate area.
Near my gate was a charging station of 8 mini booths. Evidently this was meant to serve this entire half of Concourse C, but the booths were all occupied, mostly by folks watching their phones charge…
